Tim Jensen

Tim Jensen researches and teaches rhetorical theory, environmental communication, and composition pedagogy. His book, Ecologies of Guilt in Environmental Rhetorics (Palgrave Macmillan, 2019), illuminates how environmental guilt is provoked, perpetuated, and framed through everyday discourse.
David Baker

David is a writer and documentary filmmaker whose films include Saving Atlantis and The Wonder and the Worry. His latest book is The Lost Continent: Coral Reef Conservation and Restoration in the Age of Extinction. He teaches documentary film studies at OSU.

Jamon's lifelong ambition has been to pursue a career in ocean sciences. A graduate of OSU's College of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Science, he is working on a video series that highlights the impact of science and research on coastal businesses and communities.

Brook is a multidisciplinary artist whose previous work has showcased complex plant–human relationships. She is following researchers on the trail of the elusive and endangered Humboldt Marten living in Oregon's coastal dunes.

Carter is a fourth-year zoology undergrad at Oregon State University who has been developing his visual storytelling skills through work as a photojournalist and freelance photographer. He is passionate about the natural world and capturing it through his visiual storytelling work. He is also turning his lens on the wildlife of Oregon's coastal dunes.
